I am so bad at keeping a journal that I thought I'd give this online thing a try. It's amazing how many things happen that you say "I'll never forget that" and then not too many days pass, and it's been forgotten. Not too many exciting things happen in my life, but I need to keep a record of it anyway. Besides, my family is very important to me and I think it would be fun to read back on the things that we do, and especially the things that the boys say. I can't believe how quickly they are growing up. Hunter will now point to himself and say Hunter. One of the cutest things I think he is saying lately is "Lulu" for Olivia next door.
Today, Britani, Michelle, Mom and I went out to lunch. Peter Carroll watched the boys and did a great job. (Hunter was asleep for almsot the entire time however.) We went to a Thai restaurant. Delicious! We wished that KaeLynn had been there. Mom and the boys and I went to Costco this afternoon. As we drove into the parking lot, Hunter was saying "Cossco". He is learning so much. Miles had swimming lessons this morning. He is such a little fish. I really think he is enjoying it. I wish that the teacher would push him a bit more. He seems to know how to swim finally...just he doesn't know he knows how. He has been doing so much better with the potty also. All this week, he's been wearing underwear. He's had a few accidents, but overall, he is much improved.
Yesterday, during Hunter's nap, I took Miles to the library for story time. A pirate came out and told pirate stories. I think that Miles enjoyed it. He was so good sitting and listening to the stories. I was impressed actually. He has such a short attention span usually.
