Captain Hunter turns 5
Hunter had a wonderful Pirate Birthday Party. We held it at the park and invited all the Larsen cousins and some friends. First, everyone had to walk the plank. When they got over the plank, they received an eye patch. After eating lots of pizza, salad, goldfish and vegetables, the pirate mateys had a treasure hunt. They had fun looking for the treasure chest. After they found the treasure chest, we hung it up and everyone got to whack it. It eventually broke open and the treasure of candy fell out.

Captain Hunter blew out his candle and everyone enjoyed a cupcake. If the pirate mateys were able to talk like a pirate "Arrgh", they received a sword. We divided up into teams and the pirates had a sword fight. It was so fun to see the kids running all over the grass having a sword fight. They loved it. Thanks mom for providing the swords.

Hunter then opened his presents. He received some really fun gifts. He loved all his cool pirate gifts. He also likes the Toy Story cars and all the Star Wars presents. He has had fun playing outside with his water guns and the frisbee and ball. Wow! What a spoiled little boy. He loves playing with his toys.

They had fun just playing on the playground as well. Here Hunter is with his friends Levi and Brooke. Poor Levi broke his little leg. He is such a little trouper.
Sunday was his actual birthday. He woke up BRIGHT and EARLY and was begging to open the present from his mom and dad. It was a star wars trouper gun. Grandma and Grandpa Green came over with a birthday card for him. It had some money in it and he was thrilled to receive it. He also liked being sung to at Primary and receiving a present from the Bishop. I think that Hunter had a wonderful birthday weekend.
