We had a very nice Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we finished reading the Christmas Story. We each had a present to open--PJ's and the boys also got slippers. When Hunter opened his Spider Man slippers, he said "Just what I always wanted." It was really cute.
On Christmas morning, Karl was the first one awake. I finally let Hunter wake up Miles after 8:00. They loved everything. Miles was really good about passing out the gifts. Santa left a note for them, and the reindeer ate all the reindeer food the boys had left for them. Miles got his Transformer he wanted, and Hunter got his pirates and crocodile. As a family, we got season passes to Lagoon. They also got a big box and supplies to decorate it, but it hasn't been too big of a hit yet.
That afternoon, 3 of my brothers and their families came over for Navajo tacos and scones. Santa came and had a gift for each of the 17 children. I think that everyone had a great time!
