Mom, Karl, Miles and I had done a service project and got the Disney "Give a Day, Get a Day". We had a free ticket to get into Disneyland. Kevin and Aileen and their family decided to come with us. They were able to get the 2fer Southern California tickets (buy one, get one free to use in the next 30 days). We were going to upgrade our ticket so we could to to Disneyland on one day, and then go back the next day to California Adventure. Using Kevin's Southern California drivers license, we also got a 2fer, and our tickets were free. We only had to buy a 2fer for Hunter and the other 4 of us got into both parks for free!!!
Tuesday we went to DISNEYLAND! It was crowded, but we still were able to go on lots of rides and have lots of fun.

Hunter and Tyler both got Captain Hook hats. Hunter showing off his finger hook as we wait in line for the Matterhorn. Hunter was tall enough to go on every ride in Disneyland except for Indiana Jones. It was fun to go on the roller coasters with both our kids.

Hunter fell asleep on the tram back to the parking lot. It was so funny watching his eyes close as he dropped off. Nothing affected him. He was so tired.

CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE on Wednesday.

We waited 90 minutes for the Toy Story Mania ride. It is the new ride at California Adventure and it is a lot of fun. I have never seen so many people at California Adventure before. It was packed and the lines were very long.

We didn't stay at California Adventure all day. We enjoyed what we did and left after the parade. We were still so tired from the big Disneyland day the day before. We took a picnic lunch with us which was a great idea. We were able to get fast passes for Soaring Over California, and it was Hunter and Caitlin's first time on that ride. They loved it. We were able to go out to dinner on our way back home and we had a great Disney experience.
